Be the most reviewed ABA provider in your area
More families find you. More RBTs apply. More of them stay.
Your families love you. Google does not show it yet.
You help kids make real progress. Parents tell you so in the lobby. But the review never shows up. So the next parent searching online cannot tell you apart from the clinic down the road. Neither can the RBT you want to hire.
Nothing to show for it
You have helped hundreds of families. You have maybe twenty reviews. Every new parent has to take a chance on you.
It is nobody’s job
Asking families, asking staff, following up. It lands on the front desk or your clinical director. They are already busy. So it does not happen.
Good RBTs go elsewhere
RBTs look you up before they apply. The ones you have rarely tell you why they are unhappy. You find out when they give notice.
What happens before a parent calls, or an RBT applies
She types “ABA therapy near me.” Three clinics come up. She looks at the stars, looks at the number next to them, and taps one. An RBT does the same thing before she applies. Right now you may not be part of either choice. We fix both, and we help you keep the team you have.
More families find you
We ask every family for a Google review. More new reviews get you into the top three spots parents actually tap.
More RBTs apply
We ask your RBTs to review you on Indeed and Glassdoor, where job seekers look. Google does not allow staff reviews, so we never send them there.
More of your team stays
Your staff answer a short, private check-in. You see what is wrong at each clinic while you can still fix it.
Getting there takes one twenty-minute call from you. Everything after that is ours.
One twenty-minute call
Tell us about your clinics, your families, and your team. Twenty minutes, and it is the only time we need from you.
You are live within 24 hours
Often the same day as the call. We set up every clinic while you get on with care. Nothing else is needed from you.
Reviews inside the first week
The first ones land within seven days, and they keep coming every month after that without you doing anything.
Built on real software. Run by real people.
Software on its own gets ignored. A person on their own gets busy. Your clinic needs both, and most clinics cannot buy both.
It never forgets.
Our platform plugs into the practice software you already use, knows who to ask and when, sends every request, tracks every reply, and follows up on its own. It keeps running on your busiest week. That is the part a person cannot do.

Frequently asked questions
How does the free week work?
Your first seven days cost nothing: the call, the setup, and the first messages going out. You are live within 24 hours of the call, so it is a real week of it running, and the first reviews usually land inside those seven days. If you do not see the value, cancel before the week is up and you are never charged. If you are happy, your plan starts at $295 a month and nothing stops. Either way you keep every review you already got.
Do you need my card up front?
Yes. We set the card up at the start so nothing stops if you want to keep going. It is not charged during your first seven days. Cancel inside the week and you pay nothing.
Who is this for?
ABA providers who want more Google reviews from families, more RBTs applying, and a team that stays. Clinic-based, in-home, or both. One clinic or twenty, same problem.
Do you work with one clinic or many?
Both. One clinic gets everything on this page. More than one? Each clinic gets its own review link, its own team check-in, and its own line in your monthly report.
What do I actually have to do?
Take one twenty-minute call. That is the whole ask. We handle the rest within 24 hours in most cases, and if your practice software is unusual we will tell you straight on the call.
Why not just have my front desk do this?
You can, and most clinics try. It works for about three weeks, then a busy month hits and it stops. Stopping is the part that costs you, because Google cares how recent your reviews are. We do this for a living and it does not stop when you get busy.
What makes you different from the cheap review apps?
Those are tools. You still have to set them up, write the messages, work out the timing, keep them running, and stay on the right side of the rules for Google, job sites, and patient privacy. That is the actual job, and it is the part we do.
Who is actually doing the work?
A real person on our team, and you get their name and their number. You are not filing tickets into a queue.
Is there a contract?
No contract and no lock-in. Cancel anytime and billing stops. The yearly plan is the one exception. You pay for the year up front, and that is what buys you the two free months.
Who gets the review request, the parent or the child?
The parent or caregiver. Never the child. And only families who agreed to hear from you.
Can my RBTs leave Google reviews?
No. Google does not allow reviews from current or past staff. We ask your RBTs to review you on Indeed and Glassdoor instead, which is where job seekers look.
When do you ask an RBT for a review?
After they have been with you about 90 days, so they have something real to say. We ask every RBT the same way, not just the happy ones.
Do staff get anything for leaving a review?
No. Google and Glassdoor both take down reviews tied to gifts or bonuses. Nobody is paid, and nobody is pushed.
Is the team check-in really private?
Yes. You see what your team says, grouped by clinic, not who said it. That is why they tell the truth.
Do I have to pull my family list together?
No. We connect to your practice software and pull what we need ourselves. Nothing to export, no spreadsheet. We also clean the list so nobody gets asked twice.
What if my software is not a common one?
That is our problem, not yours. If yours is unusual, we find a way, and we will tell you straight on the first call.
How many reviews will I get?
It depends on how many families you serve, and we will not guess before we have looked. On the first call we give you a real number based on your numbers.
How fast do reviews start?
Inside your first seven days, in most cases. From there they keep arriving every month, month after month.
Will this really help with hiring?
We will not promise a number of hires. What we do is make sure every RBT who looks you up finds recent, honest reviews from people who work for you. That gives good RBTs a reason to apply.
Is any of this against Google’s rules?
No. We ask real families for honest reviews, nobody is paid, nobody is blocked, and nothing is faked. Staff reviews go to job sites, never Google. We also go slow on purpose, a few messages a day, so it looks like a busy clinic rather than a purchase.
What about patient privacy?
When we answer a review in public, we never say that someone is a client. No names, no care details, not even to say thank you.
Do you stop bad reviews?
We stop a lot of them. Every family gets the same message and is asked how things are going. Happy ones go straight to Google. Unhappy ones get a page where they can tell you what went wrong, and the Google review link is still right there if they would rather post it anyway. Nobody is blocked from leaving a review. What changes is that you hear about the problem the same day, while you can still fix it.
How often do you contact families?
One ask, then up to two gentle reminders. You can turn that up or down. Never a repeating blast.
Our families come in every week. Won’t they get asked too much?
No. If a family gets asked and does not leave a review, we leave them alone for at least 30 days before asking again.
Yelp, Facebook, other sites?
Google for families, Indeed and Glassdoor for staff. Those are the ones parents and RBTs actually check. The rest are on the way.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
They are yours. They live on your Google page and your job site pages, and always did. You keep every one of them.
